How our scholarship data works
Searching for scholarships means a lot of "is this real?" We can't answer that for every scholarship, and we won't pretend to. Here is exactly what we do, and what we don't.
What we do
We collect scholarship listings that sponsors publish across the web and gather them in one place you can search. Amounts, deadlines and eligibility are relayed from each scholarship's own page, and each listing links back to it.
What we do with deadlines
Once a listing's deadline date has passed, we take it out of the lists we show. We do this daily. A scholarship whose deadline is today still appears today.
What we don't do
We don't verify, rate or endorse any scholarship or the organization behind it, and we can't confirm that a listing's details are current. Always confirm the details on the sponsor's own site before you apply.
Browsing
Browsing is free and needs no account and no email. You can look around without giving us anything.
Quick habits that protect you
Apply on the sponsor's own site. Never pay to apply. Never put a portal password in a spreadsheet or send it to anyone. If something asks for a fee or a Social Security number up front, stop and check first.
