About this scholarship
The 4JA Realty LLC Scholarship is open to one student pursuing the Real Estate certificate at the Community College of Aurora. Applicants must meet all of the qualifications in at least one of the following groups: (1) Applicants must be a new, continuing, transfer, or international student. They must major in Real Estate Certificate, have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or greater, and be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours. (2) Applicants must major in the Real Estate Certificate. They must be a new, continuing, transfer, or international student, and are enrolled in at least 6 credit hours.
