Awarded to senior faculty members, senior professionals, or accomplished artists or writers for visits to select Israeli institutions of higher education. Applicants must have a Ph.D. or other terminal degree and at least seven years of experience in their discipline. Scholars' proposed activities may include research, lecturing, or a combination of both.
