The Ann and Matt Fennell Scholarship supports students pursuing a bachelor's degree in nursing at The University of Texas at El Paso or Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Gayle Greve Hunt School of Nursing. Priority is given to students already accepted into a nursing program or enrolled in Phase 3/final phase of the program.
