Four-year, need-based collegiate scholarships of up to 4,000 dollars annually for graduating seniors at any Berkeley, CA high school. Funded by the Reynolds family, the Pardee Family Fund, and Berkeley Rotary Club members; recipients also receive mentoring through Berkeley Community Scholars High Hopes Scholarship Program.
