Eligibility details
Must be a high school senior attending school in the United States. Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, temporary resident, refugee, humanitarian parolee, or Cuban-Haitian entrant. Must plan to pursue a degree at an accredited U.S. college or university. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Must demonstrate leadership, service, and commitment to community.
