About this scholarship
The Conditional Grant Program awards up to $4,000 per semester (or $8,000 per year) to economically disadvantaged Texas residents pursuing a four-year degree in civil engineering or a TxDOT-approved operational business discipline at an accredited Texas public or private college or university. Recipients must agree to work at TxDOT for two years immediately following graduation.
