The Dalton & Betty Jones Scholarship annually awards $5,000 to Rusk County, Texas high school seniors who will be attending an in-state (Texas) college upon graduation. Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree and have a minimum 2.0 GPA. The scholarship may be renewed upon maintenance of renewal criteria.
