About this scholarship
The Debbie B. Rice Memorial Scholarship is awarded by ALET each year in honor of Debbie Rice, a long-time leader in the organization. This $10,000 scholarship is offered to high school seniors graduating from Alabama high schools whose technology directors are ALET members. Applicants must have a minimum 2.8 GPA, minimum 17 ACT score, and plan to study computer science, information technology, or a technology-related field at a university in Alabama.
