About this scholarship
Scholarship for incoming dental school freshmen with verifiable community service. Awards $2,000 to up to five students who hold a minimum 3.0 GPA and are U.S. Citizens or permanent residents. Applicants must submit transcripts, CV, professional photo, letter of acceptance to dental school, letter of request including community service project, and three letters of recommendation.
