About this scholarship
The Elizabeth Anne Ala Scholarship awards up to $2,000 to one Garland ISD high school senior who has participated in a bilingual studies/ESL program. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA overall and a 3.5 or greater cumulative GPA in all bilingual/ESL classes. The award may be used for tuition, fees, and books at any accredited college or university in the United States or its possessions.
