Generation Google Scholarship

About this scholarship

The Generation Google Scholarship supports students from underrepresented groups pursuing computing and related technical degrees. Awards of up to $10,000 are made to students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, and passion for inclusion in tech. Recipients may also be invited to Google events and networking opportunities.

Field of study: business engineering technology
Minimum GPA: 3.00
Citizenship: U.S. citizen

Eligibility details

Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited U.S. college or university. Must be pursuing a degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field. Must identify as a woman, person with a disability, or member of an underrepresented racial or ethnic group in tech. Must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or international student.
