About this scholarship
The H. W. Almen/West OKC Rotary Scholarship is annually awarded to college-bound seniors attending any high school in Oklahoma. The scholarship was established through a gift from longtime Rotary member Hal Almen, who believed in the importance of supporting youth's education. Homeschooled Oklahoman seniors are also eligible to apply.
