The Irene Runnels-Paula McStay Scholarship honors a distinguished Dallas broadcaster and former Fort Worth advertising executive. Two awards of $5,000 each are given annually to full-time students at Texas universities majoring in radio, television, film, public relations, advertising/communications or broadcasting who have completed 30+ hours of coursework and maintain a 3.3+ GPA.
