The Joe R. and Kathy K. May Scholarship provides $2,500 to residents of Anderson, Blount, Grainger, Jefferson, Knox, Loudon, Roane, Sevier, or Union counties in Tennessee. Students must be attending a 2- or 4-year college or university in Tennessee, with special consideration given to graduates of West High School in Knox County.
