The Joel R. Miller (W7PDX) and Martha C. Miller STEM Scholarship awards $1,000 annually to one student pursuing an Associate's or higher degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics. Applicants must hold an Active Technician Class or higher US Amateur Radio license, reside in the ARRL Northwestern Division (Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, or Washington), and maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher at an accredited post-secondary institution.
