This scholarship awards up to $1,000 annually to high school seniors, undergraduate, or graduate students who have a bleeding disorder and participate in advocacy. Applicants must have a permanent address in one of nine eligible California counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, Ventura, Kern, Inyo, or Santa Barbara County.
