About this scholarship

Annual scholarships awarded to graduating high school seniors (or GED program graduates) from Berkeley, Albany, and El Cerrito, CA, based on academic ability, leadership, and community service commitment. Since 1998 the program has awarded over 1,000,000 dollars total.

Must be a graduating senior from a high school or GED program within the cities of Berkeley, Albany, or El Cerrito, CA; requires application, three essays, one official transcript, and two letters of recommendation. Financial need is not a factor. Recurring annual, next cycle estimated ~March 2027.
