About this scholarship
The LOSFA Chafee Educational and Training Voucher (ETV) Program awards up to $5,000 annually to Louisiana residents who have been in the foster care system and are currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program. Applicants must be between ages 14-26, have been in or exited/aged out of foster care, and submit the FAFSA.
