Marilou Ray was the business manager for Legis Consultancy, Inc. which is an engineering firm specializing in management, cost, schedule, and risk issues on complex projects. Marilou passed away unexpectedly in November 2011. This scholarship is a tribute to Marilou from her colleagues and family at Legis Consultancy.
