About this scholarship
The Mercer Scholarship awards up to $5,000 annually to Navy, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard personnel (or their spouses and descendants), or FRA members and their families. Recipients are chosen based on financial need, academic standing, character, and leadership qualities for students pursuing trade school, community college, four-year college, or graduate school.
