The Michael Anthony Willemsen Public Service Scholarship Fund is open to first generation college applicants. The scholarship recipient(s) must be registered as a student at a Monterey County high school and be a graduating high school senior. The scholarship recipient must demonstrate the desire to pursue a career in the Public Service field. The scholarship may be renewable for up to four years.
