The Nancy Penn Lyons Scholarship Fund is open to Georgia high school seniors who are committed to community service and plan to attend a college or university. Applicants must have a cumulative high school GPA of 3.0 or higher AND a combined SAT score of 1000 or higher or an ACT composite of 22 or higher.
