About this scholarship
The Ohio American Legion Scholarships annually award at least $2,000 to American Legion members, their descendants, or high school seniors or military veterans who are eligible for Legion membership. Applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and ACT score of 25. The scholarships were established in 1971 to assist deserving high school students and veterans attending institutions of higher learning.
