About this scholarship
The Oregon College Savings Plan's Diversity in Leadership Scholarship supports underrepresented and diverse Oregon residents beginning their first year of higher education in Oregon. Selected recipients earn $10,000 in their first year and $5,000 each for the next three years, or until completion of their degree. Applicants must be graduating from or have graduated from an Oregon high school and attending an Oregon institution of higher education.
