About this scholarship
The Pence Contractors Diversity in Leadership Scholarship will be awarded to support underrepresented students in pursuing a degree in construction engineering management in Oregon or aspiring to careers in that field. Applicants must identify as a person of color and/or female. Applicants must also be an Oregon resident, with preference for Multnomah County residents. Applicants must attend an institution of postsecondary education in Oregon, with preference for Oregon State University. Applicants must major in Construction Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, or be enrolled in an associate degree engineering-transfer program. Students must reapply and compete to renew their scholarship. Renewal is possible for up to five years. If applicants are not able to submit their applications through email, they may submit it via mail to the Oregon Community Foundation.
