The PHUL Scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who have participated in the spring season of the Pittsburgh High School Ultimate League. Recipients must be residents of specific counties in Pennsylvania including Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Lawrence, Westmoreland, and Washington counties.
