About this scholarship
The Phyllis Wheatley Literary Society Scholarship Fund was created at The Pittsburgh Foundation to provide scholarships to the highest ranking needy graduating students at East Allegheny High School and/or West Mifflin High School. Preference will be given to applicants who reside in Duquesne, PA 15110. Preference will also be given to applicants who have been disproportionately affected by systemic barriers to educational achievement.
