About this scholarship

The Portland Chinese Scholarship Foundation awards scholarships of $500-$3,000 to Oregon high school seniors of Chinese descent (at least 25%) who have attended an Oregon high school for at least two years. Awards are based on academic performance, community service, leadership, financial need, work ethic, and athletic achievements.
