About this scholarship
The Rise Scholarship awards $2,500 to graduating high school seniors or current post-secondary students residing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania who complete at least 8 units of FDIC financial literacy units online. Applicants must have a household income that does not exceed 200% of the poverty line. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis with no deadline.
