Must be a Rossmoor Walnut Creek (RWC) employee (1+ year tenure) or the child of an RWC employee; min. 3.00 GPA; FAFSA/CADAA SAI of no more than 32,000; planning to attend accredited college/trade school. Recurring annually; online application reopens each November, next deadline estimated ~January 2027.
