About this scholarship
The Sports Task Force / Al Young Sports Journalism Scholarship offers $2,500 to AAJA members who are full-time undergraduate students taking or planning to take courses in journalism and/or pursue a career in sports journalism. The scholarship is named in honor of Al Young, an Asian American pioneer in sports media.
