About this scholarship
The Talent Incentive Program (TIP) Grant provides grant assistance to the most financially needy and educationally disadvantaged Wisconsin residents who are currently in their first year of studies at colleges and universities in the State of Wisconsin. Awards range between $600 and $1,800 for initial awards, with subsequent years receiving at least $250. Students must complete the FAFSA and be nominated by their school's financial aid office or by Wisconsin Educational Opportunity Programs (WEOP) counselors.
