The Thelma Orr Memorial Scholarship annually awards $1,500 to two college students (excluding freshmen) majoring in human medicine-related fields at accredited Michigan colleges or universities. Applicants must reside in one of the following Michigan counties: Alpena, Alcona, Iosco, Montmorency, Oscoda, or Presque Isle.
