The Victoria Mendoza Perez Memorial Scholarship awards up to $1,000 annually to high school seniors, undergraduate, or graduate students who have a bleeding disorder or have an immediate family member with a bleeding disorder. Applicants must have a permanent address in one of nine Southern California counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, Ventura, Kern, Inyo, or Santa Barbara.
