The Western States AIST Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Wisconsin who are members of the Midwest Chapter of AIST or their dependents. Applicants must be high school seniors, college freshmen, sophomores, or juniors seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in any field, including engineering to prepare for a career in the iron and steel industry.
