The Dr. Earl James Fahringer Arts Scholarship awards up to $1,000 to 1-2 recipients annually who are Southern California residents affected by a bleeding disorder (either personally or through an immediate family member) and are pursuing a major in music, arts, drama, or dance. Applicants must reside in one of nine specified Southern California counties including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, Ventura, Kern, Inyo, or Santa Barbara County.
