About this scholarship
A two-year fellowship program empowering racially, ethnically, and gender-diverse undergraduate students to pursue degrees and build careers in real estate and related sectors. Fellows receive financial assistance, 1:1 coaching, mentorship from industry executives, a structured real estate curriculum, and career/internship opportunities. The program connects students with corporate partners across real estate, infrastructure, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. Sophomores and freshmen are the primary intake class, allowing students to benefit throughout their undergraduate years.

Eligibility details
Primarily for racially and ethnically diverse students, as well as those identifying with diverse gender identities. Primary intake is undergraduate sophomores and freshmen (some juniors also accepted). Must be interested in real estate and related industries. Must be enrolled at a partner university — check if SDSU is a Ferguson CLE partner.
